ZillowVERIFIEDI cant speak highly enough of my experience with Joy and Gabler Realty. As a first-time home buyer with very little real estate experience, Joy was invaluable in my home search. From start to finish, she was responsive, pro-active, and just a wealth of knowledge. She went above and beyond, and I will definitely be using her for any future real estate needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDJoy is very personable, very professional and a wonderful person to work with. She was of great help when we were purchasing a local property. She listens to you as the client and understands what your needs are.
ZillowVERIFIEDJoy helped us purchase our dream home! She was very relaxed through the whole process with no pressure to buy. She not only pointed out the homes strengths but was honest about its shortcomings. She was great at pointing us to the other professionals needed to close. When our normal lender fell through, she recommended one that met our budget and helped us to close quickly! Thanks to her, we celebrated Christmas in our new home that year!
ZillowVERIFIEDJoy was helpful at every turn, as a first time buyer she made me feel comfortable and confident in the choices I was making. I would definitely recommend her, and she?ll totally make you laugh.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the moment I met Joy I knew she was the one! She made the whole process easy and answered all of my questions, regardless of whether they were directed towards her expertise or not. Joy was super flexible with scheduling and it was a great relief to be able to use different means of communication to get in touch. She?s honest and upfront and definitely the realtor you want to choose!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my father passed away in 2017, I was tasked with selling our family home of 40+ years. Joy is very knowledgeable and she was consistently available throughout the entire process. She is an experienced professional and I highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDJoy helped us throughout the process of buying our first home. We began our home search with a different realtor but it was not a good match. We found Joy and everything went smoothly from there! Once we found the right home Joy was very quick to respond to any question we had no matter how small and she was always available, or made herself available, whenever we needed. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! We are currently thinking about going a little bigger and Joy will be the one well call to sell and help with the next purchase!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I are very lucky to have Joy as our rental manager/ agent. She finds tenants in a heart beat! We live in California and our rental property is in New York but we never have to worry a thing. Very attentive and easy to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Joy in 2010 to buy our first home. My wife and I were both nervous and stressed when we started the process but Joy made it all seamless and helped us every step of the way. She worked around our schedules and was always responsive to our questions and concerns. She made the whole process less stressful and explained everything along the way right on through the closing and even afterwards. Her support, encouragement, professionalism and knowledge made the process relatively painless and very smooth. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone as an agent and also will definitely use her again for our next purchase.
