I appreciate the hands-on care Joy Heller gave my home purchase process. She was also very adept at negotiation and pro-actively found ways to save me money on the final purchase price. After the close, she has continued to be available for any questions that come up, and overall I am very satisfied with the service she has rendered. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home.
Joy did an excellent job helping us sell our house despite unexpectedly finding ourselves smack dab in the middle of a "buyer's market". She expertly helped us negotiate the various obstacles that would appear along the way and was instrumental in keeping us in a positive mindset throughout the entire process. She'd always tell us "our perfect buyer is out there somewhere...we just need to find them". At the end of the day she was 100% correct. Thanks Joy!
Joy was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. She made the entire process simple and painless. I appreciated her guidance and knowledge. She is meticulous which alleviated any concerns I had because I knew Joy had everything covered. I'm looking forward to working with Joy and her awesome team again.
Joy was a force of nature , advocating for me in the purchase of my new home but especially getting me through the most challenging home sale I have ever done . There were so many obstacles that arose that should have derailed the sale of my home , but with Joy's persistence , problem-solving ability and sheer determination, we got through the process . I have since highly recommended Joy to family and friends.
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience working with Joy, in both buying and selling homes, has been. Being at both ends of these deals can be an emotional and difficult process and Joy walked us confidently through all of it. She is a professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, prompt, diligent and supportive. I would "joyfully" work with her again in buying or selling any property and would encourage all my loved ones to do the same. Joy is a Joy.
ZillowVERIFIEDJoy went above and beyond in getting my deal closed. She was able to help me in all of the steps of purchasing a house while I was living and traveling around the country. With everything she did, I would consider her THE BEST real estate agent ever and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to sell or buy a home.
