Mrs. Joys mortgage broker, James, found a way to work around my school loans and other complications and secured me a conventional, affordable mortgage loan. Mrs. Joy secured a contract and got full closing help during COVID when no seller was offering help to buyers and it was almost impossible for someone in my situation to win a house contract and buy a home. Her knowledge, high skill set and experience are priceless! Mrs. Joy is worth her weight in gold! I will be forever grateful for all the hard work and care she put into securing a home for me and my girls. She really cares for her clients and their families and truly looks out for her clients best interest. I am rocking with Mrs. Joy for the long haul!

Review I have referred so many of my military friends and families to Joy because she has the expertise and keen instinct to find a house or sell a house based on whatever your personal needs are. Joy recently help sell my townhouse with multiple offers during this COVID-19 in less than 3 days. Joy was very patient, caring and understanding during the entire process. She gave me tips and advice on making minor home improvements to make my townhouse updated and competitive on the market. Even when I was feeling anxious and a little overwhelmed, Joy kept me focused during my many calls to her, and I listened to her advice and everything worked out great. Joy is hands on and spent a lot of time on the phone and at the house to ensure we were on track. Joy is all about safety during this pandemic...she provided shoe booties, gloves, made sure everyone wore masks and provided COVID disclosure statements during the home showing. Its the little details that makes Joy above and beyond your typical realtor, that is why I will continue to recommend and use Joy Haskins as my realtor to include my upcoming new home purchase. Review Joy was an awesome person to have on our side during the sale of our home during the Pandemic. She gave us great advice on economical ways to make our home more appealing. We had 7 showings and 2 Offers within the first 3 days of having the home on the market, and we never had a sign in the yard! We were under contract with an offer to back it up within 4 days of being on the market. She worked with the appraiser to appraise the home for the offer (which was higher than listing :) ) Toward closing she worked with us and the buyers to smooth the process, especially given our strange timing for needing to move out and leave town for new jobs in a different state. She took time to explain everything we had questions about and the entire process. She was also the only realtor that we interviewed and took notes about the home. Definitely recommend!

Review We were very pleased with Joy Haskins' work in selling a rental condo for us this summer. She was knowledgeable of the New Carrollton area and clientele. She spoke and presented herself well. She took on the role of Project Manager to identify and manage the various contractors needed to get the condo in better condition to maximize potential offers. This effort alone saved us a lot of time and stress, and she was able to get excellent prices for the work. When we ran into a glitch right before settlement, she came up with a excellent suggestion that was accepted and allowed the sale to go through on time as planned.

Review Best real estate agent in Maryland!!! As I was going through an unfortunate life change last year, Joy made selling my colonial home a great experience. The experience started when she walked through my front door with that great big smile on her face. Joy's name not only describes her personality, but the ongoing experience I felt from the beginning process of selling my home, throughout and all the way to the point where the "SOLD" sign was place in the front yard of my home! She is a sheer pleasure and breath of fresh air with how knowledgeable she is of every aspect of what it takes to sell your home and in selling it at the RIGHT price. Joy is a jewel. Review Ms. Haskins assisted me in purchasing my first home. While the process was draining and difficult at times, Ms. Haskins was never discouraged and was always had a positive attitude even when I didnt.
