Subsequently, Joy was Director of Sales for the Beverly West Residences on Wilshire Blvd., developed by Emaar Properties. Joy was chosen for these high level positions based upon her proven ability to interface effectively with high net worth buyers while meeting the complex needs of ownership and simultaneously managing a dynamic sales team. Joy has served for years on the Board of Directors for her homeowner's association in Benedict Canyon. Joy was also recognized for being named in the Top 250 Sales Professionals nationally by transaction volume by The Wall Street Journal.
