Rude realtor who has her offensive assistant half call you back to tell you that you can't even look at the property or rent it without even doing any sort of background check credit check etc...left review on Facebook she blocked it. If she was ethical she would not gave to block the truth. She's horrible! They discriminate do your research. I filed a complaint with the Monmouth county board of realtors and future potential clients should be made aware of her disposition, she could care less if there is no money value to it.

ZillowVERIFIED WE SOLD OUR HOME IN 2 DAYS!!!!!Obviously, you can tell from the above that Joy and her team were awesome. Our sale process was very emotional. My father had passed away, my younger brother was leaving for boot camp with the US Air Force and my mom just couldn't maintain her Bayville house on her own anymore. It was time to move on. As a professional mortgage lender I know a ton of agents, and I was very involved in the process. Joy was actually the listing agent on this home when my parents bought it back in 2006 and just happened to be the agent I was referred to by a friend. She remembered the house well, remembered my family and took care of us. She knows Bayville like the back of her hand. She helped us determine a fair list price, took amazing pictures and video for the listing which went live on the 4th of July and we received a full price offer 2 days later! The closing took place on time, everything went smooth and my Mom was ecstatic. Yes, the sale of the house was bittersweet but Joy and her team made sure there was no added stress whatsoever. We give them 5 stars but only because that's as high as Zillow will allow us! We would give them 100 if we could! Thanks again Joy, Robin and everyone on the Joy Bearden Team!
