ZillowVERIFIEDJoss is one of the most friendly knowledgeable and professional people I have ever met. He walked us through carefully and caringly the whole selling process. He answered every question and suggested ways to improve the property. We were important as the sellers and wanted to get us the best offer. No question was to simple or complex, even answering questions late at night or early in a morning. I would not hesitate to engage him again or recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED True Integrity is a rare commodity in today's world, Joss embodies the word. He has your best interest in all he does. He will research all the various points of a given property and give to purchaser a book of all that he has learned. He does this so that you have all the information needed not what a realtor wants you to know. I worked with him in transition to becoming my parents caretaker. He never stopped looking for the best home for me to have in this delicate situation. I started with a real estate agent and ended with a friend. He had my interests first and foremost in all aspects of the search and purchase. I have dealt with many agents over the years and none have come even close to the service I was provided. Joss is one of the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Grandeau, was a phenomenal realtor through the process of selling my late father's estate. Even being located all the way in Florida, Joss was able to make it seem as if I was sitting with him in the office every time. He was beyond personable and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell in Magic Valley. Hard to find an honorable and honest realtor, but Mr. Grandeau is definitely one. Thanks for all your help Joss!

ZillowVERIFIED Of the many realtors I have dealt with over the years Joss Grandeau is the best of the best. Joss was always professional in dealing with my wife and me. He worked hard to find listings in line with what we wanted and sent us several tips on properties he found. When we found the home we finally bought Joss made sure our interests were protected along with the seller. When we met Joss, it was as our realtor, when we finished our search and our purchase, he was our friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Joss was a tremendous help in me finding my first home. After being in Twin Falls for a year I went to the rental company to see about finding a realtor. I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. Joss was more than happy to help every step of the way. Any time day or night I had a question it would be answered, even what I felt to be the dumb ones. When I move on Ill be looking to sell with him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Joss helped us buy our dream home. In my opinion he is the hardest working real estate agent out there, you can reach him any hour of the day. When he says his time is your time he absolutely follows through, he is simply amazing! Joss was our buying agent but we also have a new friend now! From here on out if we have any family or friends looking to buy their dream home were sending them all straight to Joss! All I can say is "skip all the rest & go with the best ( Joss Grandeau)"!

ZillowVERIFIED Joss responded to an email I sent to Lezamiz from California. I had moved down there temporarily, to help with the care of my dying Father. I told them that I would be returning after my Fathers passing, but I was still looking for a house in Twin Falls. I was down there for 6 months but Joss still contacted me and sent me posts every time a new house came on the market. He treated me as if I was still in town. After I returned, he kept after my situation without slowing down, until we found a house I really liked. Joss's chest is not big enough for his heart. It was a pleasure working with him. I consider him a friend for life.

ZillowVERIFIED You just don't find many Realtors like Joss anymore. Personal touch, attention to detail and stellar communication. I never had to wonder what was going on during my transaction. Joss was ALWAYS on top of it and keeping me informed. A great all-around person to work with and 100% professional but personable. He worked hard for me trying to find a commercial building to suit our business needs, never complained and was always accessible. If you're in the area and want someone who will treat you with respect and help guide you through the purchase or selling process, I would recommend Joss in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Joss Grandeau was very kind from beginning to end. When we first started to think about buying a house, we had no knowledge how to even begin the process. Joss was the only realtor to take the time to walk us step by step through the process of buying our first home. He truly did look out for our best interest and was genuinely honest with us. We are really grateful to have had Joss be our realtor on buying our first home.
