Josie is the BEST realtor! Professional, responsive, knowledgeable but above all that shes caring! She actually cares about her clients and their best interest! Not only did she get my house sold but she did it with speed that most would say wasnt responsible!

The only reason I gave her one star is that you can not post with no stars! My experience was and is very negative. She did a good job marketing my place but has never even met the buyer. Josie had another issue and could not come to the showing. Howard showed the place and yesterday spent almost an hour showing the buyer things about how things work. When I said I was not happy with her efforts she told me of her many efforts to work on the sales, she responded that she had made 3 calls in 2 days, not being successful, was what she considered as doing a good job with her team and her. I employed over 100 employees for over 30 years and would have fired any one of them if that was their response to my requesting information from someone. Heidi told Josie early on that our attempted walk through with our contractor was not confirmed by Heidi, I checked the emails. Then to find that the lock box was still operational and our agent could have gotten us in with no problem. The email talked about parking on Irving for Heidi as a schedule she could adhere to. Josie could have and should have arranged a time she could show the unit as she had lock access. Josie not doing this has cost us almost a month in starting to rehab this uninhabitable unit we bought. Quite frankly I was surprised the bank lent on this property! Josie sent an associate for our walk through again avoiding contact with us and as I said no one ever reached out to at least say good luck! Josie stopped answering texts and calls as soon as she had the contracts. Her follow up and false information about the assessments, an issue that went on for the entire time almost till closing and her lack of information made it impossible to get out of the purchase as we really cannot afford the final figure from our contractor or our monthly payments. I would not ever recommend her and intend to use social media to tell my story. The last 5 star reviews were all posted on the same day according to the posted date on the reviews, sometime a very long time ago. Josie is very responsive except for her turning her ankle, falling down the stairs, and being kept in all day meetings with her boss on Monday, before the contracts were finalized. Those are only 3 of the tragedies that caused her to reschedule appointments or not have time to show our unit to the buyer. Closing was a mess to get together as Josie kept sending in her closing estimate to our lawyer showing the original $249,000 sales price instead of the actual sale price of $250,000. Down to the last she emailed a good game but if this is the best you can do on 2 sales that is unfortunate.
