Josiah always answered quickly. At the same time he was not trying to force us to hurry up and pick a house either. He helped point out great things and things that needed work in each place. He then helped us line up people to help get the process rolling. I changed up my filters for my search and he did not mind at all! There has not been one time he hasn't taken the time to answer every question I have thrown at him!
