ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky to be able to work with TJ on the purchase of our first home. I have heard many others speak of concerns and stress with buying their first home. However that was not my experience, TJ kept us from those feelings and helped guide us to our perfect home. The process was straightforward and with purpose. TJ was responsive and quick on his feet to make sure we got the house we wanted. Thank You,

ZillowVERIFIED TJ (Anthony) has represented my wife and I on multiple occasions on both the buying and selling side. The level of service that he provides is second to none! He genuinely cares for his clients and is excellent in every facet of the profession. He has come through for us every time we have needed him at the negotiating table and we have always been ecstatic to have him by our side. Great realtor and great man, highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about this guy? A lot actually. I have known him nearly half my life at this point and he has always been the exact same straight shooting, honest guy he is today. Seems only natural that he would get into the real estate business as TJ is one of those people that genuinely want to help you and make sure you are taken care of best he can do. My personal situation this time around was quite the daunting task, as I took a job opportunity out in California and needed to sell my home in Michigan and move across country with my family of 5 in a mere 3 weeks time. TJ worked with me before to help get my home ready for sale in a time of a crazy market all the way until months after the sale to make sure my escrow accounts were all settled. On top of that he actually got more for the property than I was originally expecting to put it up for sale for. Truly an outstanding resource and full of information and contacts. TJ comes highly recommended, and is a true asset to the Keller Williams group!

ZillowVERIFIED TJ is well-versed in all aspects of home sales. He has a great team backing him, and all are very responsive to the sellers' as well as the buyers' concerns and needs. He has an excellent relationship with the real estate sales community in the area. He has a vast network of not only, real estate, but also construction, inspection, legal, administrative and other businesses associated with home sales. Without his help and guidance, we would not have been able to complete the sale of our home above the asking price in such a short timeframe, a day before we left the state of MI.

ZillowVERIFIED Many thanks to TJ for making the process of my husband and I buying our first home as seamless as possible, especially in the crazy 2022 market! We moved to the area from out of state, and were looking to close on a house ASAP. TJ was honest, always available to answer any questions or concerns, knowledgeable, and regularly communicated with me and my husband from our initial offer to close. Nice, dependable, genuine person and realtor. Would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Zoya is an amazing and a highly professional real estate agent. She is very knowledgable about the home buying process and the market. Zoya supported me during every step of the process from the house search to the offer submission, inspection, negotions and closing. Zoya negotiated with the owners of the house and was able to get a concession money for me. This is SUPER rare and UNSEEN in today's market. Zoya made sure that repairs that were supposed to be made by the owners were made before the closing. Zoya was very diligent and checked that all repair receipts were provided correctly before the closing, so I will not have any problems in the future.I cannot thank Zoya enough for the amazing experience that I had during the house buying process. Please reach out to Zoya Minevich! Zoya will make your DREAM COME TRUE. I wanted a beautiful, cosy and blue house and I bought it - exactly what I was dreaming about.

ZillowVERIFIED I had such a great experience with Ryan! He fought for me every step of the way in this very difficult buyer's market. He was patient knowing that there was low inventory and multiple offers we were up against. He made sure that he did everything he could to get me to the closing table. He made my first time home buying experience as easy as it could be. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
