Know the market. A lot of Buyers do not work with an Agent that knows the market and therefore do not know the market themselves.

How you live in a home is not how you sell it. Plan as much in advance as possible to maximize your ROI when selling your home.

I had a customer that closed recently on an off-market home we secured for them. She is beyond happy and grateful and despite how hard the market is for a great deal.

I started over twenty years ago with a large Broker. Upon opening my own company with my partners I have to say that I am even more in love with the Business of helping people buy or sell homes than ever before.

Our Experience with Queenston Realty We were introduced to Queenston about a year ago when we attended one of their in-person seminars. We were impressed with Josh Wilton's knowledge of the Princeton market and his data-driven approach to supporting his recommendations. Naturally, we turned to Queenston shortly after when searching for agents to help us find a home in Princeton. Josh introduced us to David Jacoby during an in-person meeting, where both Josh and David took the time to understand our needs. From the start, our interactions were cordial, insightful, and productive. They explained the process in detail and set our expectations. We visited many homes together, with David always being flexible and accommodating. What we truly appreciated was the constructive nature of our conversations. We never felt rushed or pressured to make an offer. Often, David (or Josh) would point out details we hadn't noticed and aspects we should consider before making a decision. Each time we requested it, they provided a comparative analysis indicating the probable price a home would sell foraEUR"whether above or below the asking price. Overall terrible experience buying a home through them, botched up paper work all the way to the day of closing. Promise of good service, but uses words that this is standard and things can be worse for every mistake. Very poor customer service, pretends to help but only has his own interest in mind. Lots of words but no action. Immediate response to emails and requests that he is on it but no follow through of actual delivery of information or services. Heard him actually complaining and snickering about customers behind their backs. Dont know how he has been working in this field for so long and not learned anything. Made comments like I have 100+ agents and if you ask the same question you will get a different answer. Not sure how you manage a team where every agent has a different interpretation of Guidelines, laws and policies! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
