ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I worked with Josh Turner for the last year as we attempted to locate a house to purchase in Johnson City, TN. Our challenge was that we were living 850 miles away in Louisiana and we just happened to hook up with Josh online. This challenge didnt deter Josh as he sent us properties to view every single day without fail. Additionally, Josh would view houses of our interest and either facetime me or provide a video tour, so that I would have a virtual viewing. After about a year of this, we finally found the house we were looking for. Once I let him know we found the aEUR~right place, he immediately lined up a virtual viewing the next day so that we could get an offer in right away providing we liked the house. Based on his handy video work and his expert opinion, we put in an offer which was accepted. We never even met Josh in person or saw the house in person, however I completely trusted his opinion and judgement when purchasing our house. He proceeded to set us up with a mortgage company, an insurance agent, and home inspector. He went over and above and made it easy by taking care of everything for us during the process since we were so far away, including representing me at the home inspection, setting up a mobile closing, and doing a final walk-thru prior to closing. He even received my new house keys at closing and then arrange a drop-off of the keys to a family member in the area. We were so fortunate to find such a trustworthy person of integrity like Josh Turner, without him and his dedication, we would have never been able to make this virtual experience happen successfully.
