Any listing I wanted to see, he'd have it set up as soon as I asked, if I needed a recommendation for inspectors or contractors, he'd provide me a few options, and when I was still in the stages of shopping around for a loan, he let me know which lenders he'd heard had the best rates and likely ended up saving me thousands. During my option period he made sure I had everything in order and even got an HVAC guy to come check out the AC unit last minute and on a weekend. I couldn't recommend Joshua more highly. He was friendly, patient, I never felt pressured into putting in an offer, and he was on top of everything throughout the entire process.

Luckily, I met Josh at a crawfish boil and we began talking about my interest in finding a new home. He informed me he was a realtor and everything seemed to just click from there. Josh was extremely proactive during the whole process. He sent me regular updated listings, responded quickly to all of my communications, and setup viewings in the time frames that worked best for me. Once I found a place I wanted, Josh gave me excellent advice on how to beat out the multiple offers, other than just offering more money, and I ended up having my offer accepted. Throughout the inspections, option period, and numerous other things that needed to be done, Josh was always willing to go above and beyond to make things easier on me.
