I cannot overstate how thrilled I am with Josh! From start to finish he made things so easy! His written style (via email) was clear, informative, and very well written. He was in communication and available through text to just the right amount. We experienced a couple of offers and he helped navigate us through those. He didnt push his opinions but did freely give his advice when I asked. He has great experience and is market-savvy and I really trusted his thoughts, advice, and information! He was a great negotiator! I was so grateful for his service when we needed to do that! Overall, I would highly and without any hesitation recommend Josh!
