He not only answered any and all questions we had promptly, but he took the time to make sure we understood how and why each step was important. He worked with us to find the right house and paid attention to the things we did and didn't like during showings. When houses popped up on short notice, Josh was able to get us in to see them. Once we found our house, Josh's experience in the Charlotte market allowed us to make a competitive offer that stayed within our budget. ZillowVERIFIED I started my home buying journey about a year and a half ago. Being new to Charlotte, I was intimidated and frankly a little frustrated with other agents I had begun working with. When Josh and I sat down, he simplified the process for me and was able to explain the steps I needed to take to ensure I was prepared and comfortable. Josh and I looked at about 25 condos/townhomes/houses in order to give me a better idea on how to narrow down what I was looking for. While not being able to find something I was comfortable with, I quickly became frustrated with the process and stopped looking. Josh was never pushy in getting me to look again, he simply stated that he was here whenever I wanted to jump back in. At the end of December, I called him and told him I was ready. Two weeks later I found my home and in March, I closed. I couldn't imagine having anyone else guide me through the process. He was quick to respond, easy to work with, and eager to find a place that I could call home. Josh is professional, extremely knowledgeable, always willing to go the extra mile for his clients and unfailingly dependable. I would 110% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, you'd be lucky to have Josh on your team.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Josh was a fantastic experience, and we recommend him wholeheartedly. Our realtor in Chicago set the bar super high for our expectations. When we moved to Charlotte, we did not know the market at all, and wondered if we would find a comparable realtor. We inquired about a home on Zillow, and Josh called within minutes. He took amazing care of us from then and throughout our months-long search. He helped us learn the market and neighborhoods in Charlotte, and never pressured us to make an offer on a home that we didnt love or when we werent ready. He gave us enough space to move at a pace we were comfortable with, and at the same time always was available when we wanted to see a house or had questions. Ultimately, Josh helped us find a house UNDER our budget in a neighborhood we love and didnt think we could afford. He was more than patient with my hundreds of questions. I never went more than an hour (if that) without a question answered.... even if I asked at 10pm. Negotiations: Josh was also an expert when it came to negotiations and finding the right price to offer. We were able to get a smoking hot deal on our property all thanks to his research and efforts in negotiations.Local Knowledge: We drug him to the far ends of the earth to look at farms that were way out from the city (and far out of his 'normal' area).
