Being out of country sellers we had to find an experienced realtor who knows what that process entails. Josh and his team fit the bill and then some. Besides his excellent local market knowledge and his spot on pricing and listing strategy, his ability to take control and be our eyes and ears in Phoenix was a huge plus for us. We had multiple offers and when one fell through he didn't get rattled or let us get rattled and proceeded to get us an even better offer. Great communication and always easily reachable. Easy to talk to and always had time to answer our many questions.
