ZillowVERIFIEDI went from living in a 360sq ft studio apartment, to a 1200 sq ft condo, a property that I fell in love with the very first time that I stepped inside. How did this happen? Two wordsaEUR|. Joshua. Rivera!!!! Working with Joshua has been an EXTRAORDINARY experience. We started this journey together on 10/14/2025 & I closed on my very first property on 12/10/25. This is a day I will never forget and it just so happen to be four days before my birthday (best gift ever!!). I am so grateful that the universe brought me Joshua on this journey. Not only does he exemplify the utmost professionalism, he is also extremely communicative, keeping you informed EVERY STEP OF THE WAY; but most importantly, hes a man of great integrity. The moment I knew Joshua main concern was the aEURoebest interestaEUR? of his client, and not the aEURoesaleaEUR? was when we did the inspection and some electrical work had to be done. Joshua knew how vulnerable I was because I wanted this property SOOO BADDLYYY. He couldve used that vulnerability against me and downplayed the electrical work (like the selling agent tried to do smh). But instead, he was honest. He told me it was a problem and it was gonna be a big job to fix. He prioritized was my aEURoesafetyaEUR? over his bank account. From then he was able to successfully negotiate credits towards closing, which is ultimately going to go towards getting the electrical work done. I am someone who is BIG on integrity. At this point, I knew Joshua was going to be the only agent Id prefer to work with, in future purchases. We went through a few bumps in the road together during this two month process, but he never lost faith. He never stopped responding. He never NOT answered any question I had. This man goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. And I mean that in every since of the word. Me moving into my first property doesnt happen had Joshua not connected me with my Lender. In fact, he was also instrumental in getting me a 20K grant. Ill say that again, a 20K grant!!!! I would have NEVER KNOWN about this. He is extremely knowledgeable and well connected. I'm sure it is not in his job description to search for electricians, plumbers, painters, etc etc for his clients. But, he did all of this. Without hesitation. And for that, I am so extremely grateful and thankful. This guy even got me house warming gifts associated with my favorite team! Because he pays attention to his clients and he knows how big of a fan I am. He is the ULTIMATE real estate agent. There is never going to be another aEURoefirstaEUR? when it comes to home buying. I must say, this first was extremely special and an experience I will never forget. Joshua, thank you so much for EVERYTHING. My road to generational wealth has officially began!
