As a first time home buyer, he helped me every step of the way through the process. He was always available whenever I needed support or a question answered. Highly recommend, Josh is great!

Josh Ries has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive, diligent, and had an exceptional gift for reading the market (both on the buyer and seller side). He was patient and took the time to make sure that we always understood all of our options. He always went the extra mile to solve any problems or issues that arose. He was always available for questions and showings. I would unquestionably recommend Josh as both the agent to sell your house and assist you in finding and purchasing your dream home.

My partner and I were immensely lucky enough to be paired up with Josh Ries. Right away he knew that as new home buyers we needed a little extra help and care throughout the process. Of which he delivered on time and again. We truly felt we could rely upon him for anything. Calls were not missed, follow ups always came through, and we always got his honesty during this entire process. Anyone would be extremely fortunate to be in his care.
