Since were first time home-buyers, we really didnt have a source to help us. My parents first met Joshua from a phone call back when seeing one of many houses, and from that one phone call, my parents instantly knew Joshua was the guy for us. From the very start, long before I personally got to meet him, my parents would say how great of a person he is so I knew deep down we were all in good hands. Once I was finally able to meet Joshua in person, I could 100% agree. His personality and passion to help others is beyond. He doesnt make you feel like youre just a client but more like family.
