ZillowVERIFIEDJosh was referred from a handy man that did some work on my parents house a few months ago. i viewed 2 properties with Josh and the 2nd property the seller accepted my offer! Josh was on top of communicating with me every step from my loan officer, the inspectors, title company ,and listing agents. I appreciated that through the stressful process of buying my home (first time home buyer) Josh was very patient and let me know things will work out and get done. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in Solano County

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is such a fantastic agent to work with. Not only is knowledgeable and honest, heat great at communication always responding quickly to all of our questions and concerns. He helped making our buying experience smooth and easy. The advice that Josh passed along to my husband and I gave us the confidence and reassurance we needed being first time home buyers. He is also very understanding and accommodating to all our needs. We highly recommend him to not but first time home buyers, but to both buyers as sellers as well. All your needs will be met and youll be high satisfied with Josh as your agent. We cant thank him enough for helping us get through this process and onto starting this new exciting chapter of our lives!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. He is absolutely amazing at his job. Josh explained every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable with the process and always ensured that I knew I was in control. Aside from my own searching Josh was in constant touch to show me potential homes and really understood what I liked and wanted. I was not in any rush and didnt expect to find a home so soon but when I seen it I knew! He had found my GEM! Move in ready & more than enough room for a single person. Thats not the best part - the price was way below what I was looking for! Who doesnt like to save money?! I am absolutely grateful for having Josh in my corner and I trust him to work with any of my family members/friends. He is very knowledgeable and you will not regret working with him on your next potential home. Thank you Josh, you are the best and I appreciate all the work you put into findIng my first home.

ZillowVERIFIED My Husband and I worked with Josh on purchasing our first home and really cant say enough good things about Josh and the entire process. His knowledge of the area and the market is amazing! He asked us the first day of meeting what we were looking for and took us to see exactly that. He was very responsive to all our requests and questions and also generous with his time. I would definitely work with Josh and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Josh for several weeks while we looked for a property in Vallejo in the fall. Several times on short notice he arranged for us to see properties of interest, sometimes on weekdays, sometimes on weekends. We found him to be personable and knowledgeable about the local real estate sales and rental markets, and we enjoyed working with him. He gave us savvy advice as we considered making offers. Ultimately we decided to buy in a different area so he didn't get a chance to show us his negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED In a market where everything seems out of reach Josh will make it happen. He always made time even when he was off the clock. I would call him anytime an adress would pop up on Zillow and schedule a walk through and he would make it happen. I ended up finding my dream home and I am more than happy.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Josh! Josh did a great job listing/selling our home, from pricing it right, marketing and coordinating everything involved in the process of getting it sold. Just took one open house and it sold! Josh also handled our purchase, he found us the most perfect home! We just love it! Buying/selling a home can be stressful -- it was so helpful having someone like Josh who is very professional, knowledgeable, and works diligently in making sure everything is taken care of! Josh is very patient and super responsive! He was a pleasure to work with!
