About Joshua Johnson

Graduating from Annville-Cleona High School, Josh bought his first three-unit rental property in Palmyra Pennsylvania at the age of eighteen, sparking a deep interest and love for real estate. Shortly after getting married and having two wonderful children, he continued managing his real estate investment as well as starting a business in Hershey PA. He continued to oversee all business practices for ten years while eventually fulfilling his dream of becoming a realtor. Showing homes to clients and constantly meeting new people is one of Josh's greatest joys. Client dedication and having fun, as well as truly helping people find their dream home is his greatest motivation. He loves rental properties; providing first-hand experience in residential rentals and investment properties. Josh did an outstanding job and went way beyond to ensure I was able to sell my house and buy a new one. His expertise and knowledge regarding all. People that could help with needed repairs wasbelievable, I am a single, older, disabled woman, and josh, would do anything along with the repair people to help me beyond. What do you need it to do as a real estate agent. There was nothing he wouldnt do to help get the house sold. It was a difficult road. We had many ups and downs. Find a house and selling my house. Complying with all standards. Josh knew I was disabled and he did anything physical that he could help me get the job done. He was there whenever I needed him. He helped my mover move the furniture. He helped when a tree came down in my yard even helped rake leaves. Hes the best real estate agent ever I recommend him to everybody and anybody. He was kind, respectful, and caring. It was a great experience. It was a hard experience it took a while he was always very positive and never made me feel bad when I would change my mind. I consider him a friend pick josh hes the best. His character is impeccable. Knowledge is unbelievable hes always there for you.

As a military family moving cross country from Seattle, Washington to Pennsylvania and not knowing the area Joshua Johnson has been extraordinary professional. Josh has been trustworthy, passionate, and a great communicator. When searching for our first home, I was a bit nervous not meeting the realtor in person. Since starting my house hunting journey with Josh to closing on our very first home I have nothing but amazing things to say. Josh didn?t feel like a realtor, but more like a family.
