ZillowVERIFIEDJosh didn't overwhelm us with houses that didn't fit our criteria, so we didn't have to waste our time, and his, looking at places that weren't exactly what we're looking for. We never felt any pressure that we were running out of time to buy a house, or that we needed to submit an offer that day. It was a very low pressure experience (even though buying a house is anything but!) He was always quick to respond to calls, or emails. In fact many times, I'd wake up and see emails that had been sent to me that past night, just proving to me that he was always working in some respect. My wife and I have moved in, we're settled & unpacked, and so happy that Josh sent that one random email that had the listing to our future home.
