Elaine and Jacqui kept a close eye on the market and Elaine ended up sending us the perfect home via email! My husband and I could never agree on a house but we did on this one! ZillowVERIFIED I had moved out of Arizona for work, and had been renting my Arizona home to family for several years. As my work and family life shifted, it became a necessity to sell the home in Arizona. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to be present for much of the process. I flew to AZ and packed up the last of my things, and had to race back to my new home out of state. At this time, I contacted Jacqui Shoffner to aid in the process of selling my Arizona home. Jacqui and her team were able to research the market there, prepare presentations and documents showing us the market comparisons, and provided great analysis of what we should ask, and what we should be expecting with the sale. Then, Jacqui worked to communicate with my family and the contractors who were getting the house ready for sale. She was able to speak with authority about the market trends in regards to styles, and assisted in selecting specific details that would enhance the sale-ability of our home without us sinking a lot of our own cash into the process. She showed us what was worth getting, and what was not. Then Jacqui arranged for the home to be staged, photographed, and video advertised, then she put together presentation packets for the home. She was able to pre-list it, as a Coming Soon, and then the house went live. She was very communicative, keeping us informed as she did all of this. She asked questions when she needed, and worked independently as well. This meant that we could trust her to make good decision in our absence, which made the process beyond easy. We expected that the sale would take several weeks or months due to several market indicators and our desires in the sale. Much to our surprise we were able to not only sell the home, not only get what we were asking, but the house went pending within 72 hours of being listed! If you are looking for the best, you found them in Jacqui and her team. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Does not return phone calls and is completely NOT interested in assisting. Would NOT reccomend this Realtor even is she were the last one available. Realtors are saturated in the real estate market-find someone else who actually cares about your business because this one does not.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home buying experience and Jacqui made it great from the beginning of the search through the close. She was great with communication, with me as well as my loan officer, and always responded promptly to any questions I had. I am a Veteran and Jacqui helped me only look at VA approved properties in the areas I wanted. She set up an online portal that filtered all available properties down to only those I was qualified for in my search areas which made it very easy to focus on the places of interest to me. I could also save my favorites in the online portal. Towards the end of the process when getting ready to close the Title and Loan companies had an issue with the Home Owner Association's VA status and Jacqui jumped right in to help get the needed information to the VA. I was very pleased with the process and Jacqui helped move things forward as quickly as they could once I knew which property I wanted!

As first time home buyers this was very important to us. She set up times to view houses that we liked, around our schedule. Once we found the house she worked with us on every detail! She has a great team behind her as well, and she was able to get us the right people for the home buying process. She helped make negotiations for us, and guided us on what we should and should not ask for. She was able to get the sellers to include items that were not originally going to come with the house, and was able to get us set up with a great home warranty. During the 20-30 days before closing, she kept us in the loop on what was going on through out the process. She kept herself very accessible, was willing to answer any question, and covered every detail. We could not have asked for a better realtor and highly recommend her to anyone!!
