Josh and his team are the best real estate professional team you will find anywhere- spare none! Josh is engaging, brilliant, creative, responsive, diligent, and bestows high integrity. From Day 1, he walked through the home providing detailed suggestions on how to optimize the aesthetic to maximize appeal - these were practical, affordable, and actionable recommendations. He helped us think through pricing by discussing comps and listening to our short- and long-term goals. Without exception, Josh and his team were extremely responsive to all communications (emails, texts, and phone calls). We had originally planned to wait until the next sale cycle (spring) to sell our home, then decided to put the home on the market immediately. Josh responded to this change in plan with ease, kindness, and excellence in the quality and speed of execution. He devised and masterfully executed a marketing plan. In the end, the team's engagement resulted in over 2500 views (on zillow alone) with over 250 people people "saving" our home in the first 7 days on the market.
