At the time we had just purchased a house in Cooper City FL, hoping to move to Florida in the next few months after closing. As it turned my wife and I were still one year away from full retirement. In the meantime, a family member who is a real estate broker told us that he could help us rent the house, we agreed. Two months have passed and he couldnt get it rented. Then I called Joshua and asked him if he could help us rent our house. His responded positively. Within a week he got our prospective tenant vetted, HOA process approved and the tenant is now ready to move in. This is unbelievably fast and Ive never seen anything like this. I would recommend Joshua to anyone who is serious about buying or renting a property. He is honest, smart and a true professional.
