Over the last 11 year I've dealt with several realtors in the area. Sara is the realtor I wish I had found first. Sara's whole outfit is really just first class. Everything you need is in house and Sara will track down anything else that might be required. She's dealt with me over the last several years and 3 or 4 property purchases I've personally made as well as a listing agent on a sale parcel. She responds to my questions quickly and always finds an answer. There are tons of realtors and just a few really top notch. Sara is flat out the best asset for homes/land in the area. Any buyers, sellers or tire kickers would be foolish not to contact her.
