I'm not normally one to write reviews, but Josh Vissers went so far above and beyond what one would expect of a Real Estate Agent I feel compelled to write this. On deciding to purchase a new home, I browsed what was available in the Bullhead City area on Zillow and after I had narrowed down my choices to 4 or 5 possibilities, I tried to contact (through Zillow) their respective listing agents. I did not receive a response from any of them, but Josh stepped up and contacted me, asked a few questions about my budget and preferences, then sent me further information on all the properties I was interested in, plus several more which were not listed on Zillow. After looking through the packet he sent me, I made arrangements to come to Bullhead City to view the properties. Josh spent 2 days showing me the homes I had selected as well as a few more that had just hit the market. After I had decided on the property I wanted, Josh was EXTREMELY helpful (read: He did ALL the legwork) in negotiating the purchase price, financing, and necessary repairs/modifications. He kept me abreast of the state of the required paperwork and replied to all of my questions and concerns usually within 30 minutes. He made helpful suggestions and pointed out some options I was completely unaware of. After all was said and done, and the sale was completed, he could have gone on his merry way having done his job, but he did not, He kept in contact and made certain that everything was going smoothly with my move. He even helped me move some furniture into the house. Most would do the bare minimum to make the sale and get paid, but with Josh, I've never dealt with anyone who was so helpful, friendly, courteous, professional, responsive and willing to help a newcomer to the area.

We couldn't be happier with the entire experience we've gone through from looking to buy a house to selling our own. Josh has been an exceptional realtor through all our craziness and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of buying a house and/or selling a house. During our "look for a house to buy" phase, he was mindful of what we required of a home and took the time to find houses that fit those needs. When we decided to sell our home, he continued to be just as amazing with his skills! He was unbelievably proactive and willing to help. During the month our house was on the market, he had open houses, many different showings, and was very respectful towards our schedules, as well as the potential buyers. From talking to others throughout this process, I feel we have been extremely blessed to have had such an amazing experience during such a stressful time. I believe we owe this to our amazing realtor, Josh, who has gone over and beyond to make sure everything worked out. We are forever thankful to him for the amazing job he has done! I can only imagine all the other lives he will touch in real estate! Thank you so much!!
