I have known Josh for over 3 years now. When my partner and I were moving from CT to MA, and had no idea about the housing or renting market in the Greater Boston area , Josh helped us get a great place in Waltham, MA. He came as a personal referral from my best friend , but he soon became more than just our agent. When we were looking for places to rent in a short time , traveling regularly from CT MA to look at places that suited our needs, fell within our price range , and was ideal for our commute to job - Josh came up with a curated list of few properties and within a couple of visits we were able to narrow down and choose the property and get everything finalized. Prior to that we struggled with several visits and other agents trying to figure out our place but once we gave Josh our requirements , he was able to find just the right fit. He is communicative , detail -oriented, and takes the extra effort to let you know the pros and cons of every property listed under him aEUR" and I think thats why we trust him and his judgement. Now after renting the same place for 3 years , we are slowly getting ready to buy and guess who is going to be our guide? You guessed it right - Josh !
