I had the pleasure of working with Josh to buy my first house and I couldnt be more enthused with the experience. Not only was Josh super helpful and informative, but went above and beyond to make sure any and all needs were addressed. Being in a bit of a time crunch, there were days when I had Josh schedule 5-8 showings and we plowed through them. He showed up with a printout for each one and knew most of the details off the top of his head. By the end of it, we found the perfect house, got a killer deal and all the while it was like hanging out with a lifelong friend. 10:10 would recommend Ps.
