Josh and his team were very timely in their responses. Josh responded to texts within an hour or so usually. He was very knowledgable about the process and had a very calm approach. Josh explained all aspects of the selling process well. He even met people at my house who were there to make repairs (I was at work and couldn't let the person in). Not one time did I doubt I was with the right real estate team.
