ZillowVERIFIED We have used Josh to buy two homes and to sell one. He was awesome in each and every aspect for all transactions. He put time and effort into getting to know us and to learn our wants and needs as well as looked out for our best interest. He is super professional and his response time is better than anyone that we have ever dealt with. He sold our house in less than a week for asking price. We highly recommend Josh as a Real Estate Agent whether your buying or selling. If/When we move again we would use Josh in a heart beat.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently started looking for a house, not thinking we would really find all of what we needed in one property. Josh not only found us everything we needed in a house, but it turned to be more than we could ever have asked for. He negotiated expertly, and we got the house for an incredible price. Josh was straight forward and open about what we should expect, and supportive throughout the process. He was punctual, consice, great at communicating in a timely manor, and professional. His knowledge of the real estate industry was really helpful since we were not sure if we wanted to buy a new or existing home. He helped us weigh out the options, and provided supplemental sources of information to answer all of our questions. He even helped us connect with reliable and affordable contractors that he had personally worked with himself. No one said home buying and selling is fun, but selling our old home and buying our new one with Josh was a pleasure for both my fiance and me. We highly recommend buying or seeking your home using Josh Ross' services!

ZillowVERIFIED I was indecisive about renting or buying before I purchased my home. Josh was never pushy, but he was always there when I wanted to bounce some ideas off of him. He professionally discussed every question or concern I had. He put together a great team of people to work with in getting qualified for a mortgage and closing on the house. I have never been more impressed with a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is nothing short of amazing! He is responsive, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was even out of the country during most of the process. He treats you like a king or queen, whichever you prefer. Those other reviews you've read...DITTO! I just hate that the process of working with him is over. Quit searching for another realtor and just call him...and make sure you tell him C-los says, "Hello, my friend,"

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased our home in Germantown. I would not say that we received a deal but I will say that he helped us purchase a house that met all our wishes. Josh helped us at every step of the process with correct vendors or contractors to work with. Josh is highly talented and we will be using him in future for other real estate needs.

We are glad that we selected Josh to help sell our house and I HIGHLY recommend him for buying or selling home.

ZillowVERIFIED Very response. Couldn't say enough about that. Always there when you have questions, or there to calm you down when you're freaking out. Made the entire process of buying very simple and as enjoyable as possible. It appears that you could call him up at any time of the day or night and he was there to answer you immediately and address your concerns. Also, all of the documents were easily signable electronically, so there was no need to fax or scan in a bunch of documents. It seems like a little thing, but it's huge when you have to deal with all of the finance documents through a loan officer as well.On specific instances, my partner and I were simply driving around looking at houses ourselves, and would come across one we wanted to see. We would simply email or call him that we'd like to see it, and he would be there almost immediately to take us in. Wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the second home that Josh helped us purchase and I couldn't have been more impressed. Josh brings a combination of industry knowledge, local expertise and unmatched customer service that is rare to find in today's professional environment. More than anything Josh is incredibly responsive and easily accessible throughout the home buying process. His depth of knowledge and experience certainly proved its worth and I can't wait to further our relationship in years to come! Please, if youre thinking of buying or selling a home and need a person that you can trust I strongly recommend picking up the phone and giving Josh a call.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Josh when he rented me a townhouse in Olney. At the time I was living out of state, and Josh made the rental and relocation process a little less daunting. When my lease was up, I contacted Josh about buying a new home. As an agent, Josh is very knowledgeable in his field and is quite responsive to your answering your questions and addressing all of your concerns about buying your new home. In addition, he has an experienced team lined up to help get you through the process quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Josh to friends looking to rent or purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Josh on Zillow when we were searching for homes in Silver Spring. He was extremely knowledgable about the area and made us feel very comfortable buying our first home. He went way out of his way to meet up with us after hours when necessary, and he explained every step of the buying process with us. He also put us into contact with a great lender, who we ended up going with after flirting with a few others. He was masterful in the negotiations process, and we were able to get the sellers down to the price that we wanted. He was also extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was able to get back with us very quickly when he couldn't answer our calls immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh Ross was my agent when I purchased my home. Any questions I had regarding financing were addressed immediately. I relied on Josh's knowledge as we negotiated the price of the sale. With Josh handling the terms of the sale, all went very smoothly and was completed much sooner than I expected. Josh's negotiating skills, attention to detail and questions, and his knowledge of the Washington area housing market far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him highly and will seek him out for future real estate purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED My girlfriend and I had never bought or tried to buy a house before. I looked up "Germantown Real Estate" on google and found that ReMAX Pros was the only business with more than 5 good reviews (it had 8) with ZERO bad reviews. They connected me with Josh, who immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. He got us a great lender, a good home insurance agent, and a good title company. We had a deadline of moving in by the start of the school year, and even though we didn't contact Josh until July he still got us into the house by late August (and that was only because the sellers needed a 30 day notice after everything had gone through). I would absolutely recommend Josh to any looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED He was willing to go above and beyond to find us a place to live. Also, we only had to see 3 places before Josh knew exactly what kind of place we wanted to rent. Any questions we asked Josh, he was willing to answer. Josh helped us get acquainted with the local area as well as finding us a great place for our money. Overall, Josh is a great agent that I would recommend to any of my friends. -Stephanie

ZillowVERIFIED Josh worked with me on an off for about a year to help me find my first home. I was initially interested in a townhouse, and after looking at countless properties that just didn't work, he suggested I try looking at a condominium. Admittedly, I was resistant. I was dead-set on buying a townhouse because I thought more value for my money. Because we had been working together for so long, he thought a condo would better fit my lifestyle (single, active social life, wanted little maintenance) and still give me that sense that I was getting my money's worth. I realized at that point that Josh's interest in his clients wasn't solely driven by his financial gain; he actually wanted his buyer to get the home that suited him/her the best. More so, he was beyond patient in waiting until the right one came along. At the end of 2009, I closed on my condo. It didn't really hit how happy I was with my purchase, until the following February when we had an unprecedented winter. As I sat watching my sidewalks and parking lot be plowed, (thankful that I wasn't doing it!) I realized Josh knew what fit my needs best even before I did.I have referred my friends to Josh and will continue to do so. He is the consummate professional, incredibly knowledgeable in his field, and above all, passionate about his work. He still keeps in touch, even though he isn't my Realtor anymore. Josh isn't just a good agent, he's a good person.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh Ross was a God send to the process of selling and closing on my mothers home in Maryland. Dealing with people long distance from Maine was a very difficult task. However, once Josh Ross got in touch with me the process was smooth and knowledgeable. His expertise made the task of trustee for my mom's estate easier. I highly recommend him to any one who needs to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh helped make my first homebuying experience an absolute delight!! I was very nervous about the process and did not know much about what buying a home entailed, but Josh calmed all my fears and answered all my questions. He was available every step of the way... taking my panic-striken phone calls at all hours of the day (and night!) assuring me he had everything under control. He made sure that all I needed to worry about was picking the home that felt perfect to me, and he made everything else happen seamlessly. He was there from the moment I first saw my "dream home" to the moment I was handed the keys. He even followed up with me several times after closing to see how I was enjoying my new place. There is no doubt that I should I decide to move again, Josh will be the first person I call!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh facilitated the whole process making it easy, & much better than my previous home buying experiences. He saved me time by learning about my situation and what would best work for me. He helped with knowledge of the area and giving honest advice beyond simple home selection, which was greatly needed since I was new to the area. He was always available & responsive with the smallest question or concern. He has stayed in contact since the purchase and I strongly reccomend him to anyone in the area who is looking for a knowledgeable agent who will work with your best interest in mind.
