ZillowVERIFIED We called Josh on March 9th, and he responded immediately. We met with Josh on March 10th regarding selling our $900,000 home. We let him know we wanted to sell fast, a tall order for such a big property. He had us fully listed within a week. We received a cash offer 10 days later. Its now May 1st, and we are finishing the sale today. The sale got dicey at the end and almost fell apart due to some disagreements between us and the buyers. I was sure we would be starting over. By the skin of his teeth, and due to some personal sacrifices and extra effort on his end. Josh was able to save the deal. During the entire process, Josh was extremely professional and responsive. He lives up to his reputation and delivers. I dont think anyone else could have pulled this off as well as Josh Rainwater. We decided to list with Josh and he reviewed our listing and found critical issues which would have prevented almost all of our target buyers from even seeing our house in results. He corrected the issues and made some small improvements like ensuring all light bulbs were replaced, some minor cleanup, got new and better pictures and improved the listing description, marketed, and we sold the house the first week he reposted it for over our asking price.
