I had no idea how it worked, but Josh carefully explained the process, even going as far as to explain the the papers I was signing page by page. And when the sellers started playing hard ball, Josh stepped up to the plate for me and advocated for my interests. He's still checking in on me and the house months after the transaction. I would not hesitate in recommending him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Josh Perkins if you are looking for a real estate agent. We recently moved to Montana from out of state and Josh helped us purchase our new house. Our overall experience with Josh was great, but there are three attributes about Josh that I appreciate the most. 1) Josh was always responsive. Given the timing of the sale of our old home and moving to Montana, Josh was in constant communication with us. 2) Josh advocated for us. There were some last minute items that needed to be fixed prior to closing, and Josh advocated our position and helped us negotiate with the seller's agent. All items were taken care of prior to closing. I have no hesitation in recommending Josh.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh did an excellent job guiding us through the entire process. He was in constant communication to keep us updated on properties and opportunities we were interested in. He invested the time and efforts to find properties that lined up with our interests and took us to view properties as our schedule allowed. As we made an offer on our property of choice, Josh worked continuously to keep us updated on progress on the deal, and to negotiate through all parts of the sale. Josh stopped by the property routinely to check on progress, and sent us pictures of updates as the closing came nearer. I am very happy with Josh's attention to detail, follow through, and communication throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone. He works hard, is always available for consultation, and communicates quickly and effectively.
