Josh is a breath of fresh air in the crazy insanity that is buying a house. I had no idea how it worked, but Josh carefully explained the process, even going as far as to explain the the papers I was signing page by page. And when the sellers started playing hard ball, Josh stepped up to the plate for me and advocated for my interests. He's still checking in on me and the house months after the transaction. I would not hesitate in recommending him in the future.

I highly recommend Josh Perkins. We moved from out of state and Josh was there for us every step along the way for many months.
