In a move from Texas to Virginia in 2023, Josh assisted us through the entire home purchasing process starting with answering questions while we were still living in Texas through closing on our beautiful new home in VA. He is a locality and buying/selling real estate knowledgeable professional. We knew we wanted to move to Virginia, but had not selected a town. He spent time researching homes in our locations of interest with the features we wanted before a visit trip.
