ZillowVERIFIED We found Joshua Mcknight through zillow. When we initiated this process, we were new to the home buying, the area and were in a time constraint due to interstate move. We were anxious and jittery at the same time. Joshua not only understood our challenges & requirements but also helped us to get through the process. He made things simple by starting to set up criteria to find houses as per our budget, and, filtered selections as per the feedback provided. We had regular discussions and he made sure that we were aware about all major/minor facts related to particular house we were interested in. As we used to travel regularly for 2+hrs, he streamlined the appointments so meticulously that we were able to have minimum of 4 house viewing back-to-back in one shot including few occasions in which he arranged last minute appointments as well. During the time of putting in offers he was extremely prepared and proactive to arrange all documents for our signing. During the entire process, we never felt rushed or complicated. Also, he was amazingly responsive & reachable during long working hours. We also had help from Jenn McKnight and Laura Jarrett from his team. We are elated with our house purchase and can't thank McKnight team enough for all the hard work they have put in. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Very poor communication. Josh was one of the Contact Agents for a house we told him we were "seriously interested" in. He set up an appointment for us to see the house on a Tuesday. I contacted him the Friday prior and said to please make sure the owners knew of our serious interest, and that I was concerned that someone would make an offer that they might accept before we got there on Tuesday. He said he would reach out to the agent. He also said he would email us a docusign with Covid safety forms that the agents wanted for his showing. He never did. We are heartbroken because we missed out on our dream home. We have been looking for 2 years to buy a house near our daughter and son-in-law. This was the perfect house for us. All he had to do was pick up the phone and call us to let us know that the sellers were not accepting any more offers after Saturday. We would have submitted an offer above asking price, as our daughter had already seen the house and had sent us several pictures. When a buyer tells you that they are seriously interested in a home and you know time is of the essence, you don't just send an email and hope they see it. He had our cell number. We are so frustrated and disappointed.

Team McKnight put me at ease by working with my schedule for showing as well staging my house while still living there. Team McKnight was always a text or phone call away - if I had any concerns or questions. If the McKnights were not available Laura the office manager was well informed of the status of my house step by step. After receiving an offer Team McKnight negotiated in my best interest and assured me that the amount we agreed to was final. That was very important because at settlement the buyers agent requested additional funding from me outside the agreement and Team McKnight went toe to toe stating that was not in the agreement. I did not have to pay any additional funds. I am very pleased with Team McKnight

I saved over three thousand dollars out of pocket by working with Josh vs the previous agent, and he was super helpful, communicative, and open about everything as we went through what is admittedly a daunting process for a first time homebuyer. This is a kick-ass team! I recommend them highly as buyer's or seller's agents. Jenn helped me find and purchase the perfect home for me. The team uses the most up-to-date technology to locate the properties that fit my wish list. Having Jenn with me as I toured homes was super helpful. Her depth of knowledge is astounding and when we came across an issue with which neither of us had experienced before, Jenn was completely upfront about it. Then she set about educating herself and finding experts that I could speak with. Jenn's expertise was indispensable in crafting exactly the right offer. There were several offers on the house that I purchased some for more money but Jenn made sure that my offer stood out and was ultimately accepted by the sellers. Jenn's help didn't stop after the offer was accepted, she spent hours answering questions that I had about so many things that come up between the time that the agreement of sale was signed and the closing. Jenn followed up with the sellers to make sure that any repairs that they agreed to make were completed and documented.
