ZillowVERIFIEDJosh is a very special individual to us. Not only is he an amazing real estate agent. He is diligent, knowledgeable, honest, professional. He has this way of making you feel like you are the most important person. I was not the easiest person throughout this process. But, Josh never gave up on us. He encouraged us to hang in there and that the right house would come along. It did. Thank you Josh!!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is the absolute best, not only in his professionalism but also in heart. We have a big family and were moving out of state, needing to sell quick and smooth. Josh made that all possible. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive while delivering service in a pleasant manner. He answered all our questions and did a lot of footwork. When we were faced with hardship Josh personally gave a solution that saved our move! He is a very real person and joy to work with. Josh has the perfect balance of being a super agent and a friend. We can honestly recommend him to anybody in good conscience. Bonus also that Josh has referrals to contractors for house repairs to movers, we really appreciate that!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is a very professional, hard working, determined and knowledgeable realtor. On top of all of these qualities he makes you feel like a person and not just somone who is trying to make a sale. He sold my parents house and made my dad feel very comfortable, and went out of his way in many areas to help him. Which in turn made me less anxious being back east and trying to help my dad from here. I dont know what we would have done without Josh. If you need a realtor who sees you as a person and will be extremely helpful and go out of his way if he can, Josh is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh did a phenomenal job for me. His hard work resulted in the sale of my home at a price I was pleased with and in a very quick timeframe. He subsequently helped me find and buy another home that fit my family?s needs perfectly. Anytime I contacted him with a question he responded quickly. While I?m sure I wasn?t his only client, the level of service was so high it felt that way.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was on top of my sale from the moment we first spoke. He put my house on the market with fabulous pictures, saw that my house was seen constantly through other broker showings as well as open houses. It sold within the week. Id recommend Josh for your realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is an exceptional agent. He was able to get the deal done in a smooth and quick manner. He was extremely responsive to any questions and made himself available throughout the transaction. I?ve purchased several properties, but never closed in just 18 days. Josh made that happen. I would definitely use him again and recommend his service to anyone purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough good things about Josh Macias! From the beginning until closing he remained enthusiastic about our home search. He answered and re-explained all of our questions as many times as we asked, always responded and updated promptly every step of the way. He would offer to re-show a property to us if we weren?t sure about it,he worked on weekends any day we asked him to,based on my husbands schedule,he really made our home buying process so smooth! Actually he paid for an unexpected repair (due to burglary) out of pocket just a day before we closed to help us avoid any unnecessary bumps and keep us happy! We recommend Josh to anyone starting their home search, he will do an amazing job and make sure you?re happy!

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was recommended to us by a family friend that he had helped out a few months back. Moving out to a new city, Josh worked with us to show us around town and recommended which areas were ideal for us. Knowing that schools were important to us, he narrowed the search to areas with great school districts. He was very responsive, as he made himself available anytime, for any questions we may have had. We really can't say enough good things about him. It is hard to come across genuine people like him, so we are fortunate to have gone through this process with him. We would highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience selling our home with Josh was superb. Josh was well prepared and had good knowledge of the local market. He maintained enthusiasm and energy throughout. He provided good feedback after open houses and viewings. He was always responsive and did his best to advocate on our behalf. Would work again with him in the future for selling and buying another home.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh Macias was a very considerate and well informed young agent. He was well groomed, always had a suit and tie on whenever I met with him. He always kept in close contact with me and let me know whenever he had a showing and what the thoughts were about our house. If I ever needed an agent again I would not hesitate to use Josh. I would recommend him very highly to anyone that needed an agent to sell or buy.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to purchase a new home. Josh was patient with us while we searched for a perfect fit, he even carried our baby boy while we viewed houses. When we did find the home of our dreams Josh negotiated a fair price. I can honestly say that before we met Josh we felt apprehensive about the process, but now we feel comfortable knowing that we have an agent that we can rely on to be patient, fair, and honest. Five Stars all the way
