ReviewJosh helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. Josh supported us from start to finish, but more importantly-6 years later has remained accessible for questions and resources to upgrade, maintain and address issues in our home. Josh has provided resources and contacts to window specialists, contractors, arborists, loan officers for refi. He is highly available and communicative-but more importantly honest. Ive called josh for advice on particular upgrades and he is able to speak to the ROI, knowing my overall and long term goals. He is the only person I would recommend to friends and family and would never even consider another realtor if/when we move again. He has a high integrity for his work, is devoted to his clients and ensures your concerns and needs are always met. It is a pleasure to have him as a resource and support with the management of our home.

Review Working with Josh Lasquete has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I bought a house back in 2015. Told him the area we were looking in how many bedrooms/ bathrooms we wanted, and extra bells and whistles we wanted to try and have. He found several that matched what we were looking for. While viewing each house he pointed out things we might have not seen or known to look for both positive and negative in each house. When we picked the house we wanted to buy there was constant communication from beginning to end. Very pleased. He has even checked in with us several times since to see how things are with us and the house.

Review I have bought two houses since 2013 with Josh as my realtor. He went beyond showing me different properties. When I found what I wanted, Josh was there for the full process to closing. He over saw the inspections and even after moving in, Josh was able to give me name of people that could help if I needed something done at the house. He gives ?? % plus in what he does.

Review Josh has helped us find, buy and sell our last couple homes. He possesses two qualities that I feel are imperative for a great realtor to have. First, hes a great listener. He listens intently to what were looking for and what were not. Secondly, he communicates extremely well and responds to us very quickly whenever we have a question or need to talk to him. I couldnt recommend Josh any higher!!!

Review Josh has been such a wonderful realtor to work with! We used him for both the sale and purchase of our home and he has assisted with family members sales and purchase as well. He is kind and goes out of his way to make sure everything is completed in your best interest. We will definitely be using him again for future transactions.

Review Josh Lasquete was an amazing realtor! We told him exactly what it was we were looking for in our home and gave key locations and moments later were receiving house recomandations to search through. He was very informative every step up the way and was on top off all paperwork as soon as it was presented to him.

Review We have had the pleasure of having Josh as our agent on two different home purchases and were very pleased with our experience on both occasions. We had specific criteria for each purchase and Josh was able to meet or exceed every expectation. He is very knowledgable of the home buying process and is extermly familiar with the sacramento region, which allowed him to direct us to the neighborhood that met our needs. Josh was always available and timely with both responses to our questions and any paperwork needed for the process. He was patient throughout the entire process and always had our best interest in mind. He is a person of integrity and we would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Review Josh was absolutely the real deal! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sacramento area and was always willing to answer any questions even at a moments' notice. Equally impressive, was how fast he called me back to update me on what was going on when my house was in escrow. Looks like I found a realtor for life! Highly recommended! Give this man a call!

Review We had utilized Josh for both selling and buying our former and current home, respectively. Josh is a professional. He is very clear from the beginning what his experience advises is the best course of action and what the steps are to get to that end point. Josh is also a realist. He provided a spectrum of options and what we as buyers needed to put into the game to get out of it. We had to decide what was worth and not worth to us and he would support it. Josh is not a "sales" guy. He is an advisor and an advocate for his clients. He doesn't pull any punches--which comes in handy when he is getting what he needs from the other side of the deal. Josh kept us well informed on what was happening when we were selling our home-as it did not go as smooth as we had hoped due to the nature of the stipulations around the sale. But he was on the phone DAILY following up and ensuring he played the role of the squeaky wheel. He got it done. When buying our current home-we closed in UNDER 30 days. He also ensured we has all our inspections done and was present for all of them and then helped translate the reports for our consumption. Of course he then took the findings of those reports and advocated in the negotiations; all within reason and integrity. Additionally, on a sentimental level, Josh surprised us by coordinating with the sellers to allow us a few hours a few days before we closed with the keys so we could have a picnic for our anniversary in our new empty home without kids. That is the care he brings to his clients. We were living with in-laws during our transition between homes with 3 young kids and Josh wanted to give us a moment to enjoy our home in peace with a box of Whole Foods pizza. Perfection. Josh is a compassionate, straight shooter who sets boundaries and expectations on both sides of the relationship at the start. He has a high level of integrity and is a professional I would be happy to work along side again. If you are looking for an advocate and a partner to find the right home for you and your family--he is your guy. Could not be happier with our experience with Josh.

Review When Josh and I first talked, he asked questions and made notation of what I was looking for and what price range. He then sent a link that would populate houses for sell in the areas I was interested in which I would look at and make a list of what I wanted to see. We set up times for seeing houses I was interested in and when it came time to make the offer and fill out all the paper work of acceptance, inspections etc., Josh worked side by side with myself and the sellers Realtor to make sure all paperwork was signed and submitted in a timely manner. When it came time for the inspections, he was at the house to oversee what was being done and to talk to the inspector. Josh has a wealth of information and will research the answer if he doesnt know it. I have enlisted his help with renting my rental and will use him as my realtor if or when I decide to sell. I recommend Josh Lasquete for all your reality needs.
