Josh had sold already one house on the same street. We have our house listed for sale for so long, we get tired of the sale process. Josh come by the home one day and show me and my wife they way he does his business, so we let him list it. This man knows what he is doing! We had our house listed for almost 2 years with other agents and with Josh, this guy listed and sell it in not even 2 months! Muy bien Josh!
