ZillowVERIFIED Doing a 1031 tax deferred exchange in this real estate market is nerve wracking, especially from out of state. Josh especially helped me when one of the sellers backed out just a few days before my deadline to identify. He worked very hard to find me a property, canceled appointments to focus just on me, and was able to find me a property and get it under contract just under the wire. Throughout this process, he was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Josh.

I was in Texas and the property was in Tennessee. Josh offered to sell the property as is, but recommended a little work be done to get top dollar. Josh helped find people to make repairs and minor remodeling--all at reasonable prices. The house sold very quickly. As luck would have it, a pipe broke 30 days before closing. Josh helped me work with the Insurance Company and the house was back in shape before closing.Josh helped with everything. Suggestions on getting the most for the house, helping manage contractors, painters, flooring and landscaping. All while I was about 750 miles away. I got constant updates, pictures all with a great attitude.Can't say more about this OUTSTANDING Realtor. Thanks Josh!

ZillowVERIFIED My biggest worry, not just with realtors, but most service industry professionals, is who's best interests are they concerned with, who are they truly looking out for. After my first conversation with Josh I knew I found someone that truly cared about finding my wife and I the perfect fit, and not making sure he was going to get the biggest commission check possible. He didn't include houses in our prospect list because they may have been bigger, or worth more money. He stuck to the guidelines we gave him, and found the options that best fit what we were looking for. Josh is professional, but also realistic, and personable. It can be daunting spending an entire day with your spouse looking at houses, but it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience because he is someone you would want to carry on a conversation with even if you weren't looking at houses.My wife and I have worked with Josh on 2 home purchases and 1 home sale, and we will never recommend or use anyone else.Greg
