I have been a resident of Ukiah for nearly 40 years. I have watched our community grow and change over time. I am committed to serving those in our community to achieve their goals of becoming a homeowner as well as investing in real estate property. That is why I am here to determine the right price, get qualified buyers, negotiate contracts, market your property, prepare all documentation, and follow up with prospective buyers.

I was a licensed appraiser, which is key for evaluating your next purchase or pricing properties in this fast-moving market. Appraising has given me the opportunity to find fair market values on a wide range of real estate properties in Lake, Mendocino, and Sonoma counties. This unique experience allows me to provide excellent service for buyers and sellers. I also hold an Associate's degree with an emphasis in Real Estate from Mendocino College.
