ZillowVERIFIEDJosh handled the listing of my house and did a terrific job! From start to finish, everything was done very professionally. He sold my house quickly and at a better price than I was expecting. Great experience and would recommend him highly!

ZillowVERIFIED We live in Maryland and had Josh sell a house in Florida. He went above and beyond our expectations. Being out of town, Josh helped us get rid of unwanted furniture, he took care of trash removal for us, he met inspectors and service people for us and sold and settled the house in less than a month's time. I would highly recommend him as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was a true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him! He was always very responsive and he really went above and beyond to help me both with the purchase of a new home and sale of my former. When there were challenges with the sellers lack of responsiveness and meeting obligations, he decisively managed the situation to ensure my closing went forward. I am grateful to have Josh as my agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent from start to finish. He showed you what you wanted to see, took care of all parts of the purchase, and answered all questions promplt. We were out of state buyers, and he even met with friends to look at a few possible homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh is extremely thorough with details and documents. We were coming back and forth from another state and Josh made every effort possible to accommodate our crazy and tight schedules. Josh is on his game and really looks into his clients specifications to make sure they are satisfied with the homes they want. I would definitely recommend Josh to others and I will use him again in the future when I move again.
