Since that time Josh has owned and operated four retail furniture and design stores, owned and managed a moving business, and has been a licensed real estate agent in California and Arizona. In 2004 Josh decided to commit exclusively to his real estate business and establish a practice offering his expertise in design, marketing, merchandising, staging, property management, and investment and market analysis.
