She wasn't the primary listing agent but she found the home, sent it to me and worked hard with the local listing agent to get me home showings that fit my time and schedule. I felt like she went above and beyond to make the deal for me even though she was only getting a partial commission, since she was only providing as the referral agent. I never felt like she was more concerned with what her commission might be then what I was looking for in a home.
