I was in college while I bought the home and was not local to the area in which I purchased the home, and Josh was able to walk me through the steps (which I did not know much about) and was very friendly and kind. He always made sure I was aware of what process I was in, and always responded in a timely manner. He was very professional and kind. He helped me negotiate with the seller. He was an advocate for me, the buyer, and put my best interest first. I would recommend Josh over and over again and I couldn't ask for a better experience. ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to begin. Josh Ebbing has my utmost respect and loyalty for life. From the beginning Josh was extremely responsive, no matter the time or day. He was as knowledgeable as they come when it comes to any part of real estate and beyond. Our house was sold in the blink of an eye thanks to his process expertise and responsiveness. He made sure we understood everything from beginning to end and even followed through with a separate real estate transaction that, of no fault to him, took more time than necessary to complete. At any point, he couldve told us that it was out of his hands (because it was) and left us to dry but he stayed consistent and played middle man with some complicated situations. We posted our home on the market on a Thursday, had an open house and accepted offers through the weekend, and then on Monday evening we were in contract. The selling process was flawless due to Joshs responsiveness, and the knowledge that he had on how homes were selling in our area definitely had an impact on how quickly he was able to sell our home.When it came to buying our new home the process wasnt as easy. It actually took several months to seal the deal, and I cannot express with words how appreciative I am that Josh stood by our side through the whole thing even though he did not have to.Josh is an extremely personable, knowledgeable, kick-ass realtor, and if you want to sell your house you should give him a call!

As a person he was great to work with his personality was nice and funny we had a good time looking at houses with him. He wanted us to find the house that we wanted, he didn't push anything on us. He gave us his honest opinion and when I saw a house and I just knew I didn't want it and I said No he said okay he didn't try to push the house on us. Before I could even ask any questions he already had the answers. He was on top of his game, he didn't leave me waiting for anything, he kept in contact with everyone that he needed too and I had no worries. My husband and I work all day and we are not able to look at house till really late in the afternoon and that didn't bother him a bit he was very excited and kind to meet us anywhere at any time. He gave us good ideas for ideas of things we want to look for in the house. If I ever sell a house and buy another he WILL be my realtor.
