About the Certifications: Certified Negotiation Expert - This 2-day course is one of the top designations in real estate and is taught nationally by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Courses include the following: Competitive Win-Lose Hard Bargaining vs. Collaborative Win-Win Negotiating Psychology of Buying Persuasion Principles CNE Model and Planning Guide Case Studies Skill Practice and Role Plays Group Discussion Topics Military Relocation Professional- This certification program educates REALTORS(R) about how to work with U.S. service members, veterans and their families to find housing solutions that best meet their needs while taking advantage of benefits and support that is available. To earn this certification, real estate agents read prepared background information, take a one-day course, attend two webinars (VA Home Purchase Financing and Options, VA Compromise Sale), and must pass an examination with a score of 80 percent or better.
