Unfortunately, my wife's job offer fell through so we didn't buy, but Josh showed us every property we asked about and even visited properties for us when we couldn't be there. ZillowVERIFIED Josh has been an amazing agent and friend for us. We came in contact with Josh at the very start of our home buying process and Josh and his team have helped us along the way from finding a good lender and getting Pre-approved, to showing us lots of houses. We moved across the country which adds a lot of extra complications into the mix, like living in different time zones and being aware of what time it was at each location. I know on at least a few different occasions, he had been on the phone very late where he was. After we went under contract on a house, we had an inspection problem and he was able to call on his contacts with contractors to solve what could have been a deal breaker in a very quick and cost effective way. There are many other things he has done for us that show he has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help us find and get into our first home.

A bright red dot in the middle of Maine glowed. I could not believe it, perfect. Then I called Josh, asked questions, asked his opinion as I am in Arizona. He said really,nice, so I took his word and began the process. A week later I flew and saw what I put a binder on. As he said, it was perfect. Could not be happier. His group, and lender did a wonderful job. Josh personally is a great guy who is there to help with buying a home, and willing to go beyond other realtors.
