We worked with Josh to buy our first house and sell it four years later. The short version is: 5 stars. Josh goes above and beyond and we would highly recommend working with him. The longer version: My spouse and I met Josh when we first started looking at houses at the height of the pandemic. We didnt have an agent yet and Josh was there to show us one of the houses. Josh was pretty new in his real estate career at that time but we immediately knew we could trust him and asked him to be our agent (if kind of felt like we were asking him on a date). Josh worked with us to find a home we loved and walked us through the process of being first time home buyers. We knew that if Josh didnt know the answer to a question (or just wanted to make sure he was advising us correctly), he wouldnt hesitate to check with his more seasoned colleagues. To top off our first house buying experience, he gave us a card and a gift card to the local plant shop. We definitely felt like we were in good hands. Over the next four years, Josh proved us right. He sent us holiday cards, dropped off pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving, and made it clear that he was here for us. What really blew me away was when we asked for Joshs guidance on some exterior repairs (remember we were newbies). He not only helped us find a contractor but he met with them to talk through the appropriate repairs and checked in with us frequently about the progress. When the contractor botched the job, Josh talked me off the ledge and spent an hour with the contractor advocating for the necessary work that still needed to be done. We were in awe that Josh was so generous. When it came time for us to sell the house, Josh didnt falter. He was with us every step of the way - encouraging us to focus on moving and then he would handle the rest when the house was empty. At that point, Josh scheduled and oversaw all of the repairs, painted a few of the rooms himself (!!!), kept the landscaping neat, had the house professionally cleaned, and checked on the house periodically to make sure everything was fine. Do you see what we mean by above and beyond? We sold the house without issue and breathed a sigh of relief once it was all over. If youve read this far, it should be pretty obvious by now that Josh is the gem you didnt even know existed. He is an incredible real estate agent and an all around incredible human. Maybe we need to buy another property just so we can keep him in our livesaEUR|

Josh helped my sisters and I sell our childhood home. He is one of the hardest working and most professional agents out there. Josh helped us organize an estate sale -- a real boost for us. Most amazing of all, Josh organized around pulling up the wall-to-wall carpets and exposing the house's warm wood floors so it would show better.
