ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I first met Josh in December of 2015 when we just happened to go look at a listing of his where he was the sellers realtor. He showed us the the property and after having a more in-depth discussion - we decided to have him represent us to find our first home. Not only did he help us find our first home in 2016 - he then helped us sell our house for the most profit in 2021 (paying off all of our debt in the process) and we found our new forever home with him in 2023. Josh took his time with us, helping us find the best house each time, fighting for us to get the best deal when we were the buyers and getting us the most for our house when we sold. He always kept us in the loop, always updated us at every turn or little hiccup that happened (which was infrequent and if anything changed or happened - we were notified immediately) and was very helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. He is a straight shooter. He always puts his clients first and it is why we have turned to him time and time again. We are so thankful we found Josh and will continue to use him for the foreseeable future.

Being stressed with a newborn and a 3 year old I wanted to list my house right away. Contacted Josh to list the house. He sat down and explained all the details of selling a house and even priced my house exactly what he knew what we could get for it. He looked over the house and recommended things that would help sell the house. We had minor repairs that needed to be taken care. I would not expect a realtor to coordinate with all third party individuals, but he did. He talked over prices to list the house for and why to list it at that price. He walked around the house giving us tips on things to improve to make our house sell quicker and be more attractive to buyers. Our house was sold in 8 days!!! Each time we showed the house we were given plenty of notification so the house would be prepared and we would be able to leave. With a newborn baby this was very important to us.
