My fiance and I were able to purchase our first home this year and we owe a huge thank you to Josh!! We met josh after taking a break with our original realtor. She was friendly, but as a younger couple trying to make a big decision we really needed an experienced and knowledgeable realtor to help us navigate the market and strategically find the best home for us. We decided to take a break with her to explore other options and I'm so glad we did. After being referred to Josh, we set up a consultation and began the process. I must say that Josh has an unmatched level of knowledge and expertise in this field. We were able to trust him every step of the way and knew he had our best interests at heart, I love that he never persuaded us into a home just for the sake of a sale. Josh is a true professional! He goes above and beyond his duties as a realtor! Always on time, consistently checks in weekly on the sale of my home, communicative, and respectful. I also told him that I had a little anxiety with selling my home because I had to do everything on my own. He came over and helped me mow my lawn and fixed up a few things at my house. The selling process was super smooth and I'm grateful for him!!
