Since we wanted my in-laws to be able to move to a home near us, Josh was also thoughtful about identifying neighborhoods that could both accommodate both our preferences and theirs.* We wanted to buy prior to our move, and Josh was able to accommodate by giving us video tours of showings via Zoom/FaceTime.
