I find it hard to believe that anyone can be perfect, and usually people have room to "grow" - but this isn the case with Josh. From start to finish, josh was an amazing real estate agent. He was very knwoledgable in all steps of the process, and his energy was very confidence inspiring through a very confusing and sometimes scary ordeal. Josh was able to negotiate the price of our home down substantially, ensure a rapid closure (around 3 weeks) as well as get us into the home we fell in love with. He was available at any time to ask questions to, and never made us feel bad for asking questions. Id highly reccomend Josh Blackwood to ANYONE looking for a real estate agent.
